Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

Thank you for visiting XEdge Media (the “Site”). We understand the importance of online privacy, especially when it comes to conducting business. This statement outlines our privacy policies for two types of users: “Visitors” who explore the site without engaging in transactions and “Authorized Customers” who register to conduct business on the site and utilize the various services offered by XEdge Media (referred to as “Services”).

What Is Personally Identifiable Information?

“Personally Identifiable Information” refers to any data that can identify, contact, or locate an individual. This information may include, but is not limited to, a person’s name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, financial profile, social security number, and credit card information. It’s important to note that Personally Identifiable Information does not include data collected anonymously (without identifying the user) or demographic information that is not linked to an identified individual.

What Information Is Collected?

We collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors. For our Authorized Customers, we gather additional information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, business details, and the nature and scale of the advertising inventory they intend to buy or sell.

Who Collects This Information?

In addition to our direct data collection, third-party service providers (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses, and banks) may collect information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. While we do not control how these third parties use this information, we request them to disclose their data usage practices. Some of these third parties act as intermediaries, solely facilitating the distribution process without storing or using the provided information.

How Is Personally Identifiable Information Utilized?

We use Personally Identifiable Information to tailor the Site, provide appropriate service offerings, and fulfill buying and selling requests. We may also contact Visitors and Authorized Customers with information regarding research, purchase and selling opportunities, or content related to the site’s subject matter.

With Whom Is the Information Shared?

Personally Identifiable Information of Authorized Customers may be shared with other Authorized Customers for the purpose of evaluating potential transactions. We may also share aggregated data about our Visitors and Authorized Customers, including demographic information, with our affiliated agencies and third-party vendors. We offer an “opt-out” option to stop receiving information or contact from us or any agency representing us.

How Is Personally Identifiable Information Stored?

We securely store Personally Identifiable Information collected by XEdge Media, making it inaccessible to third parties or XEdge Media employees except for the purposes mentioned above.

Visitor Choices Regarding Data Collection, Use, and Distribution

Visitors and Authorized Customers can choose to opt out of receiving unsolicited information or being contacted by us or our vendors and affiliated agencies. This can be done by following the instructions in our emails or by contacting us at +1 (343) 348-9122.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies for various purposes, including gathering information about Visitor preferences and providing security for Authorized Customers. For example, if an Authorized Customer is logged in but inactive for more than 10 minutes, the system will automatically log them off.

Utilization of Login Information

We analyze trends, administer the Site, track user activity, and collect demographic information using login information, such as IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types.

Access to Personally Identifiable Information by Partners or Service Providers

XEdge Media forms partnerships and affiliations with various vendors who may access Personally Identifiable Information on a need-to-know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers’ service eligibility. Please note that our privacy policy does not cover their data collection or usage practices.

Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to Comply with the Law

We may disclose Personally Identifiable Information to comply with a court order, subpoena, or a request from a law enforcement agency. We will also disclose such information when necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Customers.

Security of Personally Identifiable Information

All our employees are familiar with our security policies and practices. Only a limited number of qualified employees have access to the Personally Identifiable Information, and they must use a password to gain access. We regularly audit our security systems and processes. Sensitive information, like credit card numbers or social security numbers, is protected by encryption protocols to secure information sent over the Internet. While we take reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering, and breaches. We cannot guarantee that such events will not occur, and we will not be held liable for any such occurrences.

Correction of Inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information

Visitors and Authorized Customers can update their Personally Identifiable Information or correct any inaccuracies by emailing us at

Deleting or Deactivating Personally Identifiable Information

We provide a mechanism for Visitors and Authorized Customers to delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database. However, due to backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to completely erase a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. Any individual requesting deactivation will have their information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual moving forward.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We will inform our Visitors and Authorized Customers about any changes to our privacy policy by posting these changes on the Site. If a change in the privacy policy could result in the disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer had previously requested not to be disclosed, we will contact that individual to allow them to prevent such disclosure.
